In order to strengthen our production teams, we are looking for our future mold maker (M/F).

This is a crucial position because you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and product quality are respected. You will ensure that specifications and deadlines are met.

We are looking for a mold maker (M/F) full-time permanent contract (39 hours) for our production site based in St Jean d'Illac (Gironde – 33).

Your missions

Control and verify the quality of the parts produced
Execute production molds in accordance with design office plans
Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and safety rules
Carry out the various stages of routine operations for producing polyester parts
Preparation of molds, cleaning, waxing, gelcoating, cutting of fabrics and reinforcements, installation of fiber, preparation of resin, demolding, cutting to the required dimensions, cleaning of parts
Ensure cleanliness at the workstation and within the manufacturing workshops
Label and package the produced parts
Respond and actively participate in meetings organized by management

Your profile

Knowledge of the industrial environment
Mastery of all technical constraints (in terms of production tools and product specificities) linked to the products
Very good knowledge of the overall activity of his company and the constraints of competitiveness: competition, cost, deadlines, quality
Continuous improvement approach

We are looking for Laminators (M/F) full-time permanent contract (39 hours) for our production sites based in St Jean d'Illac (Gironde – 33) and Simandre (Saône et Loire -71).

Your missions

• Cut the reinforcements to be placed on the basins (fabrics, cardboard) to size and prepare the variety and quantity of resin appropriate for the manufacture of the part
• Laying cardboard on swimming pools with glue gun
• Coat the support with release wax and cover it with a protection (gelcoat, tear-off fabric)
• Position the inserts (tricomplex) between the folds
• Use a roller to remove air bubbles from the entire pool.
• Unmold the pools, protect them, store them
• Help to create new swimming pool molds

Your profile

• Knowledge of the technical characteristics of fibers, resins, glues
• Mastery of composite material impregnation and simultaneous projection techniques
• Development of rules for handling toxic products:
  • Collage techniques
  • Demolding techniques

Your missions

• Ensure sanding, trimming, polishing of the basin
• Make collages for the installation of the parts to be sealed
• Ensure final quality control on the pool before delivery
• Continuous use of the power tool for machining molds with professional handling.
