Vos missions

Check and verify the quality of parts produced
Execute production molds in accordance with design office drawings
Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and safety rules
Carry out the various stages of routine operations to produce polyester parts
Mould preparation, cleaning, waxing, gel-coating, fabric and reinforcement cutting, fibre placement, resin preparation, demoulding, trimming to required dimensions, part cleaning.
Ensuring cleanliness at the workstation and in the manufacturing workshops
Labeling and packaging produced parts
Respond to and actively participate in meetings organized by management

• Installing cardboard boxes on pools with a glue gun
• Coat the substrate with demoulding wax and cover with a protective coating (gelcoat, peel-off cloth).
• Position inserts (tricomplex) between folds
• Roll out air bubbles over the entire basin
• Demold, protect and store pools
• Helping to create new pool molds
